Without going into details, lets just say it's been a rough couple of years for our family and the last place we expected to be ministered to was at an auto repair shop.     “Russ and his team really exemplify excellence and integrity! The first time I had the privilege of taking my truck in it was for a quick alternator swap and I was really impressed with their communication throughout the process. These days it can be really difficult to find a shop that's willing to call and tell you what they found BEFORE they fix it, checking in about the cost and the possible options...lets just say for me it was extremely refreshing! Fast forward another couple of months and my truck started having a front end issue; they diagnosed it and again, same great level of communication! We had a camping trip scheduled with the family the next day so I really needed it done before we left. That detail didn't get passed all the way down the line somehow and my truck wasn't ready before the camping trip; however they did get it fixed and Russ took such great care in serving us and even "spoiling" my two boys when we came to grab some stuff out of the truck that it reminded me that a genuine "I'm sorry about that" goes such a long way! These guys aren't the least expensive shop, nor are they the most expensive but they are definitely the most "value" you can get for your dollar...if you thought customer service had gone the way of the buffalo, give Christian Bros. a chance to prove otherwise!”

    “We had a major problem develop in my wife's Mini Cooper and the "other place in town" told us that they no longer work on Minis. We were welcomed immediately and their incredible staff helped identify the problem quickly and went out of their way to rectify the problem in record time. The entire Tulsa Hills team was nothing short of spectacular. They found a recall that we were never made aware of by the "other dealer" and the staff worked tirelessly to rectify all of the problems (there were a number of issues) and she now runs better than ever before.     Free brake check - even for out of towners!

    “I am from out of town and this is the second time I have taken my car to them. This is the best place I have found and trust. My brake pedal all of a sudden went to the floor. I still had brakes but they were soft. I stopped by and spoke with Nathan and he had his tech, David, come out with his iPad and ran a check on my brakes. He was able to find the problem and bled the line. My brakes were back to working correctly. Took about 15 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. They are so wonderful there! I appreciate everything!!! Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive!!!!”

    Amazing customer service

    “I took my car in to see what was wrong and they figured it out and gave me an estimate. It turned out that it was something I could repair myself. When I went to pay (they had to clean the engine to locate a leak) I told them I couldn't pick my car up until the weekend for lack of another driver and without hesitation they had someone ready to drive my car back to my house. Their dedication to great customer service is to be admired. I also really appreciate having text updates when work is being done on my car. It is a quick and easy way to communicate what is going on. I would definitely recommend them because I believe their techs know what they are doing. I do find their markups on parts to be higher than what I can buy them from a Honda dealer. So for me, price is an issue. But service and know how are great!”

    “First, I was really impressed with the group of guys that were in the front office. They were very supportive and helpful. I had my son there with me and he wanted to stock the Keurig cups. The guy stopped what he was doing to go get the box of cups for him to stock. Not saying I expected that, but it was really nice. My car drives great now that I had my tires aligned. Also, Eli is a great mechanic that I have known a while and he works here. That is why I brought my car here in the first place. However, the service recieved here (not just from him) was exceptional and I will definitely be back.”

    “two weeks ago I reached out to the owner of christian brothers. I let him know of a student who was in need of getting her van repaired, but had no money or resources to do it. after listening to her story, and giving it some thought. he informed me that they have a fund to help people out like this, but that it was empty. not knowing how much it would be, and even after more things were found wrong with it, he told his shop to go ahead and fix it. the compassion, kindness, integrity, ethics of christian brothers at tulsa hills surpasses any business I've crossed paths with in a long time. the student cried with gratitude and shock. thank you christian brothers at tulsa hills.”

    “I had a lot of major maintenance done here; it probably totaled more than the value of my car. i chose to complete the repairs because i now have 200,000 Miles on my car and expect to get to around 250,000 Miles before replacing it. the price that i paid for the services at christian brothers was fair. i was really impressed that they PROVIDED A DETAILED INSPECTION REPORT EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY, that the parts they used are guaranteed for 3 years, how they kept me up to date on the progress of the work they were performing and that they completed everything when they said they would. great service all around!!”

    “I’m 68 years old, crotchety, cantankerous and cynical! I’ve been having ongoing issues with my 2000 F150 only starting when it felt like it. Took it to my regular mechanic across town ( Kiefer to BA) and it wouldn’t duplicate, so after 2 days, I brought it home and continued to deal with the failure to start issue. Several people had mentioned Christian Brothers so I figured I’d give them a try. The fact that their shop is less than 3 miles from my place of employment instead of clear across town was also a determining factor. I dropped my truck off after work (4:30) and started getting texts shortly thereafter telling me they had a mechanic working on my truck. The next morning, another text telling me they were doing diagnostics. They traced the issue to a small relay. They had the option of replacing an electronic board (expensive) or trying what they were reasonably sure was the fix, the 1” cube relay. I picked my truck up on Friday after work. I hate that I don’t remember the service writer’s name or the mechanic but they told me to take the truck home for the weekend and see if indeed the relay had fixed the problem. no charge at this point. What??? that’s right, take it home at no charge and we’ll see you Monday. I called them as soon as they opened Monday morning to report the good news that there were no issues all weekend and asked how much I owed. The service tech who had been helping me all along said no charge. After I regained consciousness, I protested but to no avail. A problem that had plagued me for 3-4 months was now fixed at no charge. Guess where I’m taking my truck from now on? you know this story is true because you can’t make up something this good!!!”
