“I brought my vehicle (Ford F150) to their shop in Norman. I could not use them to repair my air conditioner because it was necessary for me to save for the cost. Nevertheless, they were honest and would not allow me to pay for a repair that would only be a Band-aid. The owner of the shop took the time to provide me answers until he was satisfied that I understood what was needed. He was exceptional and I was very grateful for his presence at the shop. “Had to find a quick brake job during a Christmas trip to visit our daughter in Norman. Even with the holidays, Jeremy got us in promptly to check the car over and then do the recommended service. When I picked up the car and found it had a new noise related to the repair, he got it back in the shop and ready to roll the next morning. Brakes worked beautifully all the way back to Ohio! The office is the nicest mechanic's digs I've seen, very comfortable if you are waiting for a repair.”
