“The other day I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers on Midway. Christian Brothers is not just a name for the automotive shop – I discovered, its Christian service!! They have values that demonstrate the logo. It’s not just an automotive service center - it’s an experience. They don’t just care for your vehicle; they give you great hospitality. How about their hot fresh made popped corn not to mention a fresh hot cup of coffee. You know what people say - that comes with high price for auto service – not there!! Their cost is competitive with other good shops!!
But that’s not all!! I have two cars. I took both there a year ago. One is a Toyota which they serviced and the other is a 1929 Mercedes Benz which they could not service. However, the Benz just needed a safety features installed. They installed the feature and to my surprise – they did not charge me a dime!!
I remembered that great service so I went back the other day for a state inspection and you know what - they remembered me! No - I really mean they remembered details things about my life!
As I prepared to pay for the service – they utilized their great customer service and waived the charge!! I held back tears. They truly far exceeded my expectations in great work, professionalism, honesty, and hospitality!!
Lastly, I’m big on cleanliness. That place is immaculate! Clean modern décor is the icing on the cake while you wait. WOW! I could go on and on.
