J.D. Power Names Christian Brothers Automotive #1 In Customer Satisfaction For The 4th Consecutive Time In 2023 Aftermarket Service Index Study

For the 4th consecutive time, Christian Brothers Automotive is #1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Aftermarket Full-Service Maintenance and Repair Providers in the J.D. Power 2023 Aftermarket Service Index (ASI) Study.

About the 2023 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index (ASI) Study:

J.D. Power is an American-based global marketing information services company that conducts surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality, and buyer behavior for multiple industries. The ASI study is now in its fourth year and measures customer satisfaction with aftermarket service facilities, providing a numerical index ranking of the highest-performing facilities in the U.S. aftermarket. In the 2023 study, J.D. Power surveyed 11,194 vehicle owners, and asked them to rate aftermarket full-service maintenance and repair facilities in the following factors:

  • Ease of scheduling/getting a vehicle in for service
  • Fairness of charges
  • Service advisor courtesy
  • Service advisor performance
  • Service facility
  • Time to complete service
  • Quality of work

ASI Study Results:

From a possible 1,000 points, Christian Brothers Automotive received the top overall satisfaction score of 834, 45 points above the segment average. Additionally, Christian Brothers Automotive took the highest satisfaction scores in six of the seven factors: ease of scheduling/getting a vehicle in for service; fairness of charges; service advisor courtesy; service advisor performance; service facility; and quality of work.
