The whole process was explained in detail and I love the level of service I got from the text messages telling me my car was being diagnosed and serviced and how any findings they come across are photographed and sent to you. I have always dreaded having my car serviced and have had many mechanics try to upsell me unneeded service but this was different. I felt like I was being cared for and the service I actually needed was accomplished quickly and the price was great too. Thank you for making this such a pain free and simple process and it was a breath of fresh air to know that some people still value customer service!
