    “I pulled to what looked like country cottage. Open the door and it was like I walked into a home not a business. Was greeted right away and taken care of. Dave & Michelle were so nice made sure I didn't need anything and joked around with me. They offered me a place to help with my muffler. That referral was spot on. Very very impressed! I went in for a car inspection but will be going back for sure!”

    “I have used C.B. now for a few years and have always liked the fact that they are personable and very friendly. The first thing I noticed the first time I walked in was that the waiting room is NOT your typical waiting room for a auto repair shop. They have sofas and chairs for you to relax while you wait. If you choose not to wait they provide a courtesy shuttle to and from your home. Second, is the Bible laying on the table. The defiantly take the name "Christian Brothers" seriously. On this particular visit I had the check engine light and Transmission light come on and took the car in to get a reading. I was told it was the Throttle Actuator (average about $800 to replace) and it happen to still be under warranty at the dealer. They waived the diagnostic fee and sent me to the dealer. Thank you Christian Brothers! I am defiantly a loyal customer!”

    “There is no other place to go in all of Independence, Kansas City, or Blue Springs for that matter, that I would go to for automotive repair, than the Christian Brothers on 40 highway. Which word should I choose to describe my many encounters with Tim Porter's location? Integrity, professional, ethical, craftsmanship, honest, trustworthy, guaranteed... the list is endless! Besides the great work and the incredible employees, this is the cleanest garage I have EVER seen in my 65 years on this planet. I just had an oil change done elsewhere and got suggestions on what "urgently" needed fixing; took my car to Christian Brothers immediately, and they did a complimentary look-over only to tell me my car is in perfect condition and I don't need anything done.     Christian Brothers Auto is the most honest shop that I have ever dealt with or I've ever heard of anybody else dealing with

    “I had a noise in my car and I took it into Christian Brothers Automotive and left it for them to look at. They call me back in about 2 hours and said if they fixed it it would run about $876. But if I took it back to the dealership where I bought the car the dealership would fix it for nothing. My 3 year warranty has expired and my five year warranty was for the drivetrain and the five years was up the day I took it in to be fixed. I thought it was a water pump and I didn't think this was covered by the five year warranty. Christian Brothers then said they would take it up to the dealership for me and that they had already called up there and got the paperwork started since my warranty expired that day. They did all of this at no charge. I would have to say they went above and beyond by far and were extremely honest in doing this for me. The short time I was in there shop I was very impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the shop and the people working there. This just made me feel like they would respect my car and take care of it.”

They were very nice and told me they would take good care of my truck and that made me very happy. They check out my truck and told me what was broke and how much it would be to fix it right to the penny! They took very good care of me and my truck. I can not recommend them high enough.     exceptional, phenomenal, astounding (Get the point)

    “After acquiring service for a continually dying battery from 2 different Hyundai dealers and paying phenominal amounts of money for service they were incapable of providing (They were unsuccessful each time they attempted to repair my vehicle), I decided to bring my vehicle to Christian Brothers in independence. During my initial visit they performed a level 2 testing and inspection diagnostics, ground wire repair and battery replacement. This did not resolve the problem, but what they charged me was 1/2 the price hyundai would have charged me. What comes next is what was truly amazing. I did have to return my vehicle several times and each time they relentlessly attempted to discover the problem. Finally, they were successful and disconnected the radio which was draining the battery. Each time I returned my vehicle they informed me that there was no charge, including my final visit. Christian brothers has forever procured my business. Thank you christian brothers.”
