“My spouse and I, who were on vacation in beautiful Holland, MI took our Infiniti in due to a serious rear braking issue. We called Christian Brothers at 10:30, arrived at 11:10 and they pulled the car into the garage 10 minutes later. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Barry showed us the problem: The calipers had frozen, chewed through the brake pads, and the rotor was warped on one side. This is what makes them so exceptional:
1. Mr Barry gave us a nice, new loaner vehicle. We didn't even have to ask.
2. He kept us apprised of the progress via texts.
3. Our vehicle was completed shortly before 4:30 despite the fact that they had to order parts from Grand Rapids.
4. The bill came to approximately $150 LESS than the estimate that they gave.
5. Upon check-out, Mr Kuhn was kind enough to apply a $25 coupon for us.
6. We asked them to flush the brake fluid if it was dirty. Upon inspection, they told us that the fluid was totally clear. Ergo, no flush needed. Über kudos for being honest.
7. After completing the work which, imho was VERY competitively priced, they washed our car and placed two bottles of water in our vehicle as a thank you.
Being full-time RV'ers we have had our car serviced all over the United States and this experience was the very best. Personnel are very friendly, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, educative, honest and fairly priced. The shop is new, very clean and comfortable. We give them an A +.”
