WHAT REALLY BLEW ME AWAY WAS THEY OFFER A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO WORK OR HOME. I DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER INDEPENDENT AUTO REPAIR FACILITY THAT OFFERS THAT SERVICE. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT FIRESTONE AND GOODYEAR DO NOT, YOU HAVE TO JUST WAIT IN THE LOBBY OR CATCH A UBER.
THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO WORK AND ABOUT AN HOUR LATER I GOT THIS SUPER COOL EMAIL ABOUT WHAT THEY FOUND, HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST, HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO REPAIR AND I ONLY HAD TO CLICK YES OR NO FOR THEM TO REPAIR IT AND OF COURSE I CLICKED TO REPAIR IT SINCE I AM WRITING THIS AMAZING REVIEW. I EVEN GOT TO MET THE OWNER ROB CRIST. HE IS A AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEER AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS WILLING TO TALK WITH ANY CUSTOMER, UNLIKE THE BIG DEALERS WERE THE SERVICE MANAGERS ARE HIDDEN BACK IN THE OFFICE SOMEWHERE AND ONLY COME OUT IF THEIR IS A CUSTOMER PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT. ROB WANTS TO GET TO KNOW HIS CUSTOMER, WHAT THE DO FOR A LIVING AND HE EVEN ASKED ME ABOUT MY FAMILY. THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED REPAIR FACILITY AND HE HAS RAISED THE BAR FOR SERVICE TO A 6 STAR RATING FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. BOTTOM LINE YOU GOT TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS.
